Change made in the new 2006 edition of Braille Computer Notation

In this edition, the default case for letters within computer code indicators is now stated to be lower case, rather than upper. The same rules for switching case within a computer expression apply as before. This change reflects the more common use of lower case in recent computer materials and electronic addresses, and is consistent with the convention adopted in the 2004 edition of British Braille.
